1. Conditions for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@tillaskin.com and we will resolve it for you.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tillaskin.com for approval before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 12 business days.

3. Exceptions

We are unable to process returns or refunds in the following cases. Items returned after 30 calendar days of delivery. Products that have been opened or show signs of use. Items returned without their original packaging. Orders where the return was not approved by our team in advance.

4. Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Tilla Skin is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
